Weigh in’s each Monday:
Beginning Monday, January 14th start tracking your points by following the Sett-Fit Log for workouts and nutritional intake. Each Monday (beginning January 21st), plan to stop into the Wellness Center from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM to track your weight, chat about your weekly progress, and receive the next weekly Challenge Card and Sett-Fit log. For more accurate stats, please weigh-in before working out or having breakfast unless necessary. (*Contact Wellness if you need an alternate time to weigh-in). The challenge will end on Monday, March 11th with final weigh-in.
