On Wednesday, May 29th, 2019, a special event sponsored by MNCSS was held which included a fun run/walk and supper to educate families on financial empowerment. Participants followed a one mile walk/run course with financial empowerment signage placed for reading along the way. Dinner followed at Senior Services. Winners in six categories won trophies for 1st place. Winners were: 0-12 Male: Hepan Azure, 0-12 Female: Ashlyn Kapaou, 13-17 Male: Isaac Shuckahosee, 13-17 Female: Ashton Large, 18+ Male: Jarius Bear, 18+ Female: Abigail Iron Shell
